SLEEPING TOLL

Set in a futuristic, vegan-friendly world all is well and humans are living harmoniously alongside nature - or at least what's become of it since the sky went black. However, we now have to pay for our own sleep and since the elite have direct access to our minds, our dreamscape has been reduced to sequences of adverts! This applies to all expect one little girl named Ylla, whose reoccurring yet evolving dream scenario is leading her down a conspiracy theory rabbit tunnel. Fear of being outcast leaves her with no one to confide in except Uncle Pilkin, whose methods of coping with the system involve chemically induced sleep avoidance, and he helps Ylla interpret the mysterious messages being shown to her - but what does it all mean and is Ylla finding out the dark sinister truth about Sleeping Toll...
