Wash on the reverse side with neutral detergents. Do not soak, expose to the sun, and bleach. Iron, steam, or tumble dry at low temperature(max 30℃ or 90℉). Slight floating color may occur during initial washing. It is recommended to wash with clothes of similar color.

Once your message has been recieved, the drop-shipping company responsible for your item will be contacted by us reagrding your query. You will be notified at each stage of the conversation between Roccult & the drop-shipper regarding the status of your item.
In the event the relevant drop-shipping company confirms that your order has been either delayed or cannot be completed for any reason, you will of course be entitled to a full refund from us!
